History
Elvis’s Hot Dog Palace first opened on June 12, 2004 in Lunenburg,
Massachusetts across the street from the nostalgic Whalom Amusement Park.
Right from the start, our goal was to serve the customer the best tasting
food in a clean and friendly atmosphere. At Elvis’s, we have always made
our specialty sauces with only the highest quality and freshest
ingredients.
In 2006 Elvis’s Hot Dog Palace was named the “Best Hot Dog” in New
England by Fox 25 News with the “Arnold Ziffle Deluxe Hot Dog” taking the
distinction as the “Best Hot Dog” in New England. In that same year the
Phantom Gourmet highly recommended Elvis’s for their excellent food and
service.
In August of 2008 Elvis’s was forced to give up the Lunenburg location, so
on April 28, 2009 Elvis’s re-opened in the current location of 134
Mechanic Street in Leominster, MA.
At the new location Elvis’s was able to expand the menu to include
Char-Broiled Hamburgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Hand Cut French Fries, Onion
Rings and Fried Seafood on Friday’s.
The Elvis name and logo came from one of the owners' best friends, and
that is why your pet can always receive a grilled hot dog without the roll
for free at Elvis's. Simply tell the server that your best friend is
outside waiting, and we will gladly give you a treat for him or her.
